The staff kept my luggage safe until my room was ready. that was acceptable.

The air conditioning was set at 24 degrees celsius. I had to turn it down to 18 to get some sleep at night. the fresh towel left for me had pink lipstick from a previous user. GROSS.

My stay got off to a rocky start. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. the room got uncomfortably warm. the shower drain was also quite slow, so water pooled up quickly. i also found the selection at breakfast underwhelming. the pastries seemed stale. i expected more from a hotel with this rating, considering the price.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Roma Termini station. It was a short walk. The staff was always ready to help and made sure i had all the information needed. The included breakfast was a treat. I enjoyed the fresh ricotta and cakes each morning.

The street was a bit noisy at night, disturbing my sleep.

The hotel is close to Roma Termini station, roughly a seven-minute walk. I noticed several restaurants within a couple of minutes, convenient. There were no homeless people in the immediate vicinity (a reassuring detail).

My room included a comfortable bed with massage features. The bathroom offered a good supply of toiletries, like toothbrush and toothpaste. The room also had air conditioning, though i kept it turned down to a comfortable level.

the breakfast included a nice variety of options, it was a good start to the day. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, they were always ready to assist with a smile. my room was clean and well kept, i felt comfortable .

My room felt quite small. Opening two small carry-ons at the same time was difficult. the luggage support in my room was broken, i couldn't use it. the hotel lacked an on-site restaurant, this meant no convenient dining options were available.

the noise at night was an issue i really struggled to sleep i think delivery trucks operate at odd hours there was garbage collection too the soundproofing could be better i think the street-facing rooms need an upgrade to address this problem it really impacted my rest
